Your picnic is prepared for you fresh that day, so the dishes included in your basket are subject to change based on what produce is in season. All ingredients are sourced from local producers with an emphasis on quality. Salads are more than just lettuce and tomatoes: for example, asparagus with fava beans and a poppy seed vinaigrette, or farro with balsamic fig dressing, Lyonnaise potato salad, or even melon gazpacho. Quiche are also baked with seasonal ingredients: ratatouille and ham, traditional quiche lorraine or tomato and chevre, for example. And for dessert: sweet rhubarb tartlettes, tart tatin, or raspberry panna cotta. As for wine, we work with a local distributor and all wines are sourced from small producers around France with unique qualities and nice characteristics.
