All ingredients are sourced from local producers with an emphasis on quality. Salads are more than just lettuce and tomatoes: for example, asparagus with fava beans and a poppy seed vinaigrette, or farro with balsamic fig dressing, Lyonnaise potato salad, or even melon gazpacho. Quiche are also baked with seasonal ingredients: ratatouille and ham, traditional quiche lorraine or tomato and chevre, for example. And for dessert: sweet rhubarb tartlettes, tart tatin, or raspberry panna cotta. As for wine, we work with a local distributor and all wines are sourced from small producers around France with unique qualities and nice characteristics.
