Our tours meet at 20 Rebecca Walk Batman Park Melbourne Victoria 3000. If you are arriving at Station Pier in Port Melbourne, the best way to get to our shop is via the 109 tram. This tram leaves from Beacon Cove, Port Melbourne (Stop 129) and stops at our park, Batman Park (Stop 124). See the 109 Route Map. The journey takes roughly 20 minutes.
We’re happy to offer free changes and 100% refund up to 24 hours before tour departure. Failure to cancel a reservation at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure may result in forfeited travel funds. Fare difference may apply.
Our tours run rain or shine, so we recommend checking the weather and dressing appropriately.
We’ve had plenty of kids join our tours! As long as they are confident riders and able to keep up with the group, they’ll be fine. Just let us know in the booking, the size of bike required for the kids and we will sort everything out.
We have Lekker 3 speed city bikes or you can upgrade to an E-bike for $25.
Yes, it is required under Australian law to wear a helmet.

We cover 16km (about 10 miles) in 4 hours.
No, it is unfortunately not possible to allow some guests to depart early
Yes! You are welcome to upgrade to a pedal-assist electric bike for an additional $25/person.
Yes! We can keep your bags in our office while you are on tour.
There is water available for purchase before the tour.
No please bring money for any purchases while on tour, cards are accepted.
There is a rack on the back of bike with bungee cord where you can carry bags or bottles.
