We’re happy to offer free changes and 100% refund up to 24 hours before tour departure. Failure to cancel a reservation at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure may result in forfeited travel funds. Fare difference may apply.
Vancouver is known for various weather patterns, so we advise guests to consult the forecast before their tour. We will run our tours rain or shine, so rain jackets/extra layers are always a good consideration. In the event of extremely inclement weather, we may postpone/cancel the tour, in which case you will be entitled to a full refund.
We do ask that all participants be at least 9 years old. Should your children be younger, thanks for reaching out to ask us about private family tour options.
You can choose between comfortable city-bikes, commuter bikes, or upgrade to an electric bike.
Yes, British Columbia law requires that all cyclists wear helmets while riding. These are provided at no additional charge and they are sanitized before and after each use.
This tour is about 3 hours, and 1.5 hours of it will be leisurely riding. We will cover approximately 8 miles/13 kilometers.
Yes! You are welcome to leave your oversized bags with us for the duration of the tour at no extra charge.
As this is a relatively short tour and will mostly take place within Stanley Park, we have not included a stop to purchase food or drink. We recommend bringing snacks if you think you might get hungry, and a water bottle. You can also purchase water in our office. There will be a basket on each bike where you can carry water bottles/small bags.
We ask that all participants arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the tour departure. This gives us adequate time to introduce ourselves, help you get fitted for your bike, and ensure that we leave on time. We unfortunately cannot wait for latecomers.
